Grape Peppercorn Shrub

Shrubs are a combination of fruit, a sweetener and vinegar.  This is made from a grape and peppercorn syrup, mixed with F-Word Farm Apple & Fennel Vinegar!  Grape-y upfront with a slight warming hint from the peppercorn. Sweet and tart.  Mix with equal parts oil and a pinch of salt to make a delicious salad dressing. Can also mix with seltzer water for a probiotic mocktail or add some gin or vodka to make it a cocktail. Great in place of a balsamic vinegar on chicken, fruit, salads, or even ice cream.
