Pickled Beet Vinegar

Just like pickled beets! First you get a little essence of beet, then the warm spices (like cinnamon) come in, with a tiny bit of residual sweetness.  This gorgeous vinegar is made from local beets (N. of Boston Farm) & touched with warming spices. Use on salads (pickled beet/goat cheese salad!), to make pickled onions, finish soups, in sauces, top meat, etc!
